Goodbye Te Atatu Peninsula - It's been fun

As some of you may be aware, we no longer operate from our premises in Te Atatu Peninsula. We have moved to an exclusively online model and will no longer be allowing pick ups or in-store visits under any circumstances. This is certainly abrupt and something we didn't plan on, but it is the new reality. Here's why...

On the 15th of November at around 1:30 AM, 2 clowns broke into our premises and cleaned us out. It was a targeted burglary and while we had invested substantially in security, it was no match for 2 motivated criminals with nothing to lose. They broke in through the walls and cut our secure door open with bolt cutters over the space of about an hour.

If this wasn't insulting enough, they came back again on the 27th of November. Thankfully there was nothing left for them to take.

Because of this, we have decided to permanently remove our shopfront. We appreciate all of the local support from Te Atatu Peninsula residents over the last 4 years and still love the area - but because of the security risk, we no longer feel safe operating from those premises.

Most of our customers shop online though and as most of you can attest to, our logistics capabilities are absolutely top notch. In most cases, goods shipped out arrive overnight to anywhere else in the country. Phone lines are still 100% open, so don't hesitate to give us a call for any questions you may have.
