To sell your mobile or tablet:

Follow the below steps to get started.

  1. Download and install “M360 Diagnostics” through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (links below on this page).
  2. Once you’ve opened the app, click “Start All Tests” and follow the prompts until you’ve completed all relevant tests.
  3. Click on “Grading” at the bottom, and select each image that best represents the device you are looking to trade-in
  4. Click on “Results” and then “Share”. Scan the QR code on this page and enter the remaining details to share the results with us.
  5. Once we receive your results, we’ll get in touch via the email address you provided with a quote. If you’re happy with this, we will email you a pre-paid label to send the device back to us.
  6. Once we receive your device, we will confirm everything is as-stated and make a quick payment to your bank account or PayPal, whichever you prefer.

To sell your laptop or other device:

Email us with the details at info@cellmyphone.co.nz and we’ll provide you with a custom quote. We will need to know the following -

  • Type of Device
  • Brand
  • Model
  • Year
  • RAM
  • Storage
  • Processor
  • Condition of the device
  • Any damage or faults that you may be aware of

Once we have this information, we can provide you with a preliminary quote and a pre-paid label to send the device back to us. Once we receive your device, we will confirm everything is as-stated and make a quick payment to your bank account or PayPal, whichever you prefer.

Important:

Please ensure that you remove any iCloud or Google locks before submitting the item for trade-in. Any locked devices will not be processed.

If your device does not match the stated condition, we will update the quote accordingly or give you the option to receive it back.
